Download the zip
Save the module file to your computer. Leave it zipped.

Upload it to PrestaShop
In your back office, open the Module Manager, click “Upload a module” and drop the zip in.

Connect your Mailchimp account
Click “Configure”, then “Login to Mailchimp”. Log in and click “Allow” to let the module connect.

Choose an audience and sync
Pick the audience your customers go to, map your order notifications, then sync your shop, products, customers and discount codes.
Upgrading? Upload the new zip the same way. You don’t need to uninstall the old version first.
Order emails: for each order notification you turn on in Mailchimp, turn off the matching PrestaShop email, so customers don’t get two.
New audience? Mailchimp needs your store’s physical address to create one. Otherwise, connect an audience you already have.

Is the module free?
Yes. The module is free to download and use. Your Mailchimp plan is billed by Mailchimp.
Can I still get the Mailchimp module from PrestaShop Addons?
No. The official Mailchimp module is no longer listed on the PrestaShop Addons marketplace. Download it here instead: it’s the same official module, free, directly from PrestaChamps, the team that builds and maintains it.
Is this the same module that was on PrestaShop Addons?
Yes. It’s the official Mailchimp integration for PrestaShop (technical name mailchimppro), now distributed directly by PrestaChamps. If you installed it from Addons before, upload this version over it to update.
Which PrestaShop versions does it work with?
PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, on PHP 5.6 or newer. Not sure about your store? Send us your version in the form below and we’ll check.
I have an older version. How do I update?
Download the new zip and upload it in the Module Manager, the same way as a new install. You don’t need to uninstall the old version first.
How do I disconnect it?
In Mailchimp, go to Integrations, then Manage, find Mailchimp for PrestaShop under “Other connections” and remove it. Then uninstall the module in the PrestaShop Module Manager.
